Problem
The name change was just the first challenge. In addition to rebranding and new market positioning, it was necessary to address long-standing issues: an outdated WordPress site, lack of SEO flexibility, an unreliable business email system, and no digital solutions for client communication. All of this complicated daily operations and slowed business growth.
Solution
Our collaboration has lasted nearly ten years, during which we went through multiple phases of digital development. From the first WordPress site, through refreshed visual identities, SEO optimization, and hosting changes, we reached a complete transition to a modern server-side rendered Nuxt.js website.
The new platform was designed to:
- support fast loading and technical SEO optimization,
- include an integrated business email system,
- be connected to the company’s central system for automatic scheduling,
- use AI automation to send notifications to clients, reminders for registration, required documents, appointment confirmations,
